When her successful career as the front women
and founder of ‘100 Fables’ came to a stand still during Covid, Lyndsey dedicated lockdown to losing weight, healing her relationship with food and adapting her mindset and behaviours to feel the strongest, happiest and
healthiest she ever has inside and out.
She had tried and failed so many times before due to the confusing plethora of information out there. Now truly understanding the process and always having a passion to help others she decided to retrain and instead of finding connection and joy with people through music, she would do so through fitness to help others become their fittest, healthiest and happiest selves.
4 years on she has now been a fully qualified Personal Trainer for 3 years and has helped over 150 people with their fitness journey on a 1-1 basis. Her books are constantly full and she has plans in place to open her own gym in the future to allow her community to grow and thrive even more.
Her favourite part of the job is seeing her clients evolve. The basis of the work is never a quick fix attitude but a journey of learning and growing inside and out, getting to know yourself, giving my clients the knowledge, support and tools to become the person they’ve always wanted to be, proving they can do things they thought not possible and ensure they get what they want from this process and actually keep it so they live their happiest, healthiest lives. Who doesn’t want that?

Andy tells us how he gets his large team to care as much as he does about customer experience and customer success because if they don't care about excellence then the customers won't experience it and the production is a failure.
